Sessions are fun and relaxed either on location or in our Flagstone Studio. Here is a little step by step of what we do
step one
give us a call!
After you have had a look through our gorgeous new website and discovered all of the wonderful and helpful information there, call Kylie on 0448308838 to have a chat about your specific vision for your Home's new Artwork. We can discuss things like availability, outfits and where and how you would like to display your gorgeous new Fine Art Heirloom pieces. You can also take a photo of the wall you are wanting to place your new artwork on and after your session I can show you exactly what that artwork will look like on your walls! We can then work together to decide the best backdrop and families outfits for your images so it will compliment your home.
You are also welcome to visit our Flagstone Photography Studio before your session to see all the beautiful Fine Art Pieces and meet the team!

Step 2
Once you have decided on a date and time, KWP Studios will send you an email with all the booking information you will ever need! There will be extra information about the studio and even what to wear. There is also a fun little Questionnaire about you all so that our studio can get the most out of your photoshoot for you! Do you have something unique about your family that you would love to capture? What about your family makes you the best family ever? We recommend spending some time with your gorgeous humans and filling it out together to get the most out of your photography experience!
step 3
photoshoot day!
Here comes the FUN! part!! The day is finally here! Outfits are chosen (by mum obvs.) and kids are schmick and clean and even dad is shaved and brushed and ready to go!! We meet at either the Flagstone Photography Studio, or at one of our gorgeous South East Queensland locations and we have an absolutely beautiful relaxed time! We play a few games run around after the kids in a largely child led session. We make sure to get fun relaxed and candid images of each family member and different combinations so that you can decide at the end which ones you want to buy.
design consultation
Step 4
The all important design consultation! During a studio session we can do straight after, or on a location shoot we can do the Design Appointment in the same week! We work together to find your perfect match! With individual pieces starting at $110 and collections from $450 we will tailor a package that suits all your needs. I can also show you mock ups of your own walls with your images on them to make your decision that much easier. Once you have decided on exactly what you want you can pay via cash, bank transfer or even Payright if you want to split your payments up. After that I send all your images off for printing and then we wait!!
step 5
collection day
Collecting your beautiful goodies day!! Yeewwww!! Your gorgeous pieces will be available to collect within 4-6 weeks of your photoshoot day and as soon as they are ready you will get the call to come in :) We can have a coffee and a chat while you unwrap your gorgeous presents!! If you feel up to taking a pic and sharing it with me, I would love to see that too!! Seeing your artwork hanging proudly in your home is the whole reason I do this!!
Step 2
the flagstone studio
A whole entire house is our brand new Flagstone Photography studio is four times the size of our old studio!! And it is so modern and fresh, I know you are going to love it! Having an entire house makes your experience so much more comfortable. You walk through the house into the lounge room, take a seat on the beautiful brand new couch and even watch your favourite show on Netflix, Stan, YouTube or even Disney Channel on our massive 75" TV. Or, you can just have a nap, because being a new parent is EXHAUSTING!!! Our waiting area has gorgeous brand new furniture and plenty of samples for you to look over while you are waiting. The feel is fresh, modern, clean and comfortable and you can help yourself to light refreshments, the fridge is stocked and the brand new coffee machine is help yo self! Your newborn and family are photographed right before you. All the props, wraps, beanies and headbands you could possibly need are all right here, freshly washed and ready for your session! Our CovidSafe plan has been implemented and your safety as always is our number 1 priority!
